Position Summary: 

A Video Technician is responsible for the video inventory. This includes cleaning, maintaining,  and learning the equipment, as well as ensuring the equipment is prepared to be sent out to the client.

  • Prep, clean, organize, and care for all video related equipment. 

  • Effectively learn and operate all equipment within the video department.

  • Communicate well with management, informing them of lost or damaged equipment.

  • Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.

  • Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in-time required.

  • Dress in company provided uniforms and in a professional manner befitting the position.

  • Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.

  • Attend all meetings as required by management.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when communicating with clients.

  • Keep work area clean, organized, and neat.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.        


  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

  • Must have basic math and counting skills.

  • Must be able to follow instructions and operational standards.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

  • Knowledge of the Adobe suite is a plus.

  • Knowledge of presenter software (PowerPoint, Pro Presenter, etc) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of basic camera operations is a plus.
